Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14–30 days of delivery, depending on the product type.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Used or opened electronics are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@electra-usa.com with photos or videos of the issue.

Each case is reviewed individually, and refunds are issued if the request is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item following the policy above.

Electra USA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
