Where do your products ship from?

Our products are fulfilled through a network of trusted suppliers and logistics partners. Depending on the item, orders may ship from the United States or international warehouses.

At this time, Electra USA does not offer extended warranties. However, all products are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy in case of defects or issues upon delivery.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Electra USA accepts returns for eligible products within 14–30 days of delivery, depending on the item.

Eligibility:

  • Used or opened electronics are not eligible for return.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@electra-usa.com with photos or videos of the issue. Each case is reviewed individually.

Return Shipping:

Refunds:
